About Kate

First off, when it comes to real estate, I'm ready when you are! My favorite part of the process: the logistics after securing a contract on a home and getting to closing. I've helped so many types of people sell lots of different properties: upsizing, downsizing, selling to family members, moving down the street, coordinating moves across the country with Realtors in other states, people who have to sell in order to buy their next home and have the dominoes fall into place... I've also helped clients buy a home and finally met them after they closed! I've STILL never met one set of sellers in person, ever! They trusted me to sell their townhome that needed a full overhaul in order for them to sell and they made a profit. We got it done!

A little about me: I'm a mom of 2 awesome boys, married to an insanely talented husband. I've had a lot of different life experiences and find we can likely connect about SOMETHING! I'm from a suburb of Philly, yes a Philly sports fan, and NOT the stereotype. I've made cross-country moves and have lived in 7 states. I love where I live in DE and I do miss easily snowboarding the Colorado Rockies and the food scene in Seattle and New York (although I've found some gems in DE!). I was an Army officer (and I help all branches - you know we're all on the same team!) and have experience with PCSing, TDYs, jumped out of perfectly good airplanes, and was also a Jumpmaster. I also sold medical devices for Johnson&Johnson for 4 years and worked in Operating Rooms directly with surgeons and nurses.
